< hospital market, the non-consumer home healthcare market (in which the test is administered solely by a healthcare professional), the pediatrician, office market and clinics within all such markets>

Is the Tlc Bilitest been deemed exempt from CLIA? The reason I ask is that those offices that are not now licensed under CLIA to do a range of more complex in-office testing will need to apply for permission, pay a fee and be subject to oversight unless the test is determined to be exempt (e.g. dipstick urinalysis and microscopic examination of urinary sediment are exempt "simple" tests). Many physician offices have gotten out of the business of doing all but the simplest, and in some cases all, in-office lab work because of the additional expense and bureaucratic hassle.
