Thank you, Professor, for one small voice of reason in this madness! Yesterday, when I was still arguing with these yahoos, I asked them which version would be the one posted in the schools, but no one responded.

I cut-and-pasted from the King James Version because it is out of copyright, at least that's what I tried to do. I think it's safe to say that the King James Version is Protestant. Although there are those who would argue. I remember being told by a man who worked at a bookstore that a woman once asked him for a King James Version of the Bible, "just like Jesus Christ wrote it!"<g?>
