Re: Insider Trading sites

Hi MicroDrew,

Here are a few I have come across.
insidertrader.com it looks like they have a pay service for $4.95 per month and site also seems to have some useful free info, click on all the links and see if you can use anything.

insidertrader.com
this page has some good info on how to look at insider trade info - how to evaluate it, Also has sample...but again is pointing toward a paid service

The Bloomberg site also has some info on insider trading (free) at
bloomberg.com also more at
bloomberg.com

Also you can go directly to the SEC site and find these filings...
This page has an explaination of some of what you'll find on EDGAR dailystocks.com
This is an easy way into the info edgar.whowhere.com

Also - stock smart has some info
stocksmart.com
enter symbol of company and then look at the shareholde filings

This is the more direct way
sec.gov but I have herard it is confusing...

Also some info here - it's a fee based site, but has some useful free info, like listing of all the SEC filings for the day
edgar-online.com

I have not used edgar myself, so I can't tell you what it is you should look for.... I think it is the 13D, 13G, 13A etc..
I know there are others...if I find more I'll let you know.
