TOKYO, June 21 (Reuters) - Japan's customs-cleared trade surplus for May fell 31.5 percent from a year earlier to 834.34 billion yen, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) said on Monday. Japan's trade surplus with the United States in May rose 14.9 percent from a year earlier to 521.95 billion yen, the ministry said.
