Mezz, that list of directors was pre-Reed, for SCMI; what I haven't seen is a complete list of directors and officers post merger, for Reed's Hitsgalore.
At least they have reported on the new outside directors, the construction guy and whatnot.
It's not as bad as one BB company I'm following: I phoned the co. last week and I asked for IR. The guy who answered the phone told me that he could answer my questions. I asked what his position was. CEO, he told me. Fine, I said, can you please tell me how many directors you have? It was hard to get an answer from him on this question, but eventually he came up with a number, which was fairly big. So I then asked him for the names of these directors. Well, there was himself and this guy in Taiwan, and, uh, well, he would have to get back to me on the others because he couldn't remember. I had to restrain myself from laughing outloud. |
