*OT* nope, BD, the company whose CEO couldn't name any directors was PKDV.
It was clear from my phone conversation with the CEO that he spends time reading the SI thread. Without me asking anything at all to prompt him, he volunteered that rumors that his company is a scam are untrue, and that he had recently updated his company website to prove it.
I have no position in PKDV; I'm just looking right now.
