Heinz, is there a chart of the Nikkei somewhere that I can look at? I was in the market back then and had a peripheral awareness of the Japanese market but was not trading the stocks. When you say there was a small window of opportunity to get out and get short, are you talking about a day or two or what and do you mean to catch the entire down move? Thanks. I'm so intrigued by the possibility of a similar move in the U.S. market. Personally, I don't care if the trend is up or down so long as it is recognizable and tradeable. Of course, a downside move like that of the Japanese market would cause an awful lot of misery and I don't enjoy that thought. Hey, I got a grub! 18,000. My first one <G>
