Anybody who really wants to know what is said at the AGM, or to participate, is free to be there. Shareholders have proxies that they can fill according to their best judgement on the record of management.

As a shareholder who keeps track of company documents and notices, I agree with Maher that at least some of the directors have made great personal sacrifices to keep this company going in very difficult times. I have invested in them, not in rumors, gossip or chitchat.

IMO, Mike doesn't owe this thread any report or anything he doesn't want to say or to do. Putting any pressure on him to do otherwise was and is again grossly unfair.

Personally, I am happy enough that at least one shareholder will be there. That's the only thing I wanted to know.

Take good care of yourself, Tom. I hope you will have a great summer holiday. Teachers deserve it <g>.
