Fabeyes, they don't have to pay TI and Intel for the stock, they already paid them with the stock. When TI and Intel decide the time is right, they sell the stock and if their timing is good, they have their money back and a nice profit, too. MU currently has a very good capital situation and is perfectly capable of continuing to ramp production for another two years at least even if a boom period doesn't come. And in making dire predictions, don't forget that as I mentioned in the last post, MU is now partially insulated from the DRAM cycle by the JV contracts. Carl
