Homegrocer is very useful and I expect them to make, hey, maybe hundreds of thousands of dollars per year if not a million.

Of course, every supermarket of moderate size will soon have a web site and free delivery within a few hours if you live within 5 miles or so. Will Homegrocer be able to compete against that?

Yet another example of brick-and-mortar's natural advantage over pure-internet.
