Steven,

Securicor is a 40% shared holder in an outfit called Cell-something-or-another. Cellex, Celltex. You can find the facts out on your own. My sources say that they are going to sell this interest for $1.6 billion. The point is this. They have deep pockets that are getting deeper through this sale.
I have also been informed that INTEK is planning to acquire two companies, maybe three. One is (and again excuse the facts; I'm not near my notes) E.F. Johnson and another is something like blah blah Erickson. The third is ADCM.
ADCM has assets which are almost identical to those which INTEK has acquired. ADCM has announced that it will sell these assets within a short period of time to an unnamed company. INTEK has not named a company. ADCM has not named a company. Are they in bed together? I don't know. But the coincidences are real.
Also I am not on the board of Securicor. They don't tell me what the do with their money. I firmly believe that they will underwrite INTEK expansion through acquisitions. This has been the pattern of Simmonds and Securicor. Are they going to go to bed again? I don't know. But the coincidences are real enough for me to invest.

Mark
