I feel a bit embarrassed. Of course it's the year end SEC filing dummy! They filed June 29 last year.

A couple of thoughts:

I think a poll is in order. Does that mean:

1) We made a profit in the 1999 fiscal year?

or

2) Our loss for 1999 was less than for 1998?

Please respond and I will report the outcome.
