Q! and China: Corporate and State Relationships: I commend the thread to mp's post: Message 10186675 and the two responses to it, those of JohnG and Ramsey. The most significant part of the story contained in mp's post is not so much the story itself, which is bullish as such, but THAT IT WAS CARRIED BY XINHUA, not the South China Post, not HK Post, not Bloomberg, but Xinhua. The implication is weighty beyond peradventure. JohnG's opining (shared by me earlier) follows on perfectly as premise follows fact, rather than fact confirming premise.
