top,

i might agree with u if ur trying to time the market for waterhouse....but we should want this company not for the pop(cause there probably wont be much of one) but rather the long term value over the next few yrs....waterhouse is the #3 online broker and has 2-3 times as many accounts as etrade and prob. 10 times as much as ameritrade and ur trying to tell me that its not worth $24 a share?....without the splits, etrade would be over $100 right now....egrp has 250 M shares outstanding and since waterhouse is floating 32M, it wouldnt surprise me if their total shares outstanding is similar....think about this, the top four online brokers are schwab, waterhouse, etrade and ameritrade....just look at the charts for the ones that are already trading(ie-schwab,egrp,amtd) for the past yr, that speaks for itself.....jmo.
