Am I European? Yes, and I think I did mention that several times in previous posts + it also says so in my profile.

Please be careful when you snip. Taken out of context this statement does not convey the reason for it. As a non-US owner of CMGI stock I am not allowed in on the much-touted IPO deals. Now I agree that it may not be any big deal, but it's certainly being pumped to the max by CMGI management, and it's discrimination whatever way you look at it.

Imagine if it had been people of a specific sex, race or religious belief that had been locked out. Uh-oh, not PC. But bloody foreigners... ah, that's ok then, who cares.

And please, no more replies along the lines of being outside of SEC juristriction. It doesn't hold water, as my shares are held and traded by US brokers who are pretty good at holding me at the SEC line.
