1. To a certain extent, it is petty and 'abstrast / non-practical'. On the other hand, the complaint about government is that the powers define the right. That does not change when there are fewer or more powers, better or worse powers. Lib. still relies on the power of the state to rule on matters of force and on matters of 2-party agreement. The flaw you detest remains.

Resources are finite, yes? That is reality.
You destroy [vs. use] some; less for all. Fact of existence.

Whims of the lucky are more important than the lives of the struggling. Why? Because we are the powerful, because we can, because you can't stop us. Oh yeah, because we are Right.
