I just have to reply to your issue about discrimination in general. Yes, there is discrimination against foreigners: you cannot vote in the American election. Yes, there is discrimination against US citizen in America: an illegal alien can cross the border pregnant, gets a free pre-natal care, have the baby born in the US paid by the American taxpayers and the baby automatically becomes a US citizen. On the other hand, if an American citizen who has a limited income needs health care, he/she cannot get that free medical care until his/her assets/savings are depleted to ground level. An illegal immigrant can have their children attend public school free of charge. So, there is discriminations everywhere, even in Europe where you live, or even in a church.

I don't really know the real reason why foreigners cannot participate in CMGI IPO's of its subs. But that is not the reason I invest a lot of money in CMGI in the first, with or without IPO's.
