1. Credit card info wasn't needed at the time marcos joined.

2. …and HITT itself will be very welcome to the 'Discovery Process', too. They won't want to do that, though, as they likely have much more exposure risk. I, personally, would love to see the case go farther—right into Discovery, and then watch it fold like a cheap suit.
