Charles,

I'm going to respond to you once more. The reason for the "One more time" is that the comments you have made in the past, are sincerely ugly.

This will be the best civil response I can muster towards you.

You seem to seek an answer to this question from me.
>>>>>That is Thomas,Why did FCM file suit against McGruder?<<<<<<<

According to the papers filed, Magruder's departure can have potentially devastating effects on Franklin. In order for me to quantify that remark, I should start retyping the contents of that injunctive relief. Is that what you desire ????

Charles, I believe you are a substantial shareholder in franklin, why do you not send for a copy of the Court documents to get a better understanding of the event. Or, in the alternative, an explanation from the company regarding this suit.

Or possibly, they have already explained it to you, and you are satisfied with that explanation.

If his departure ( termination / resignation ) was such a non-event, why did they even bother to file papers. It is safe to assume that the benefits of filing that injunctive relief outweighed the opposite.
