ALL: Which side are you on???? Take a look at the solicitation for alternative proxie voting submitted yesterday by Doc Rosen. sec.gov Anyone know: 1) whether Liviakis will be voting with management? 2) Whether there is a chance in hell of Doc preventing the restructuring? Anyone temped to vote against the company out of frustration or as a strategic move (any white knights on the horizon)? As of now my proxies are with management, but I would be willing to switch if I knew enough to conclude that would be in my long term best interest. Allan
