Eric, the press release from CNA.A indicates that New Minerals and Metallurgy will actually incur all mining costs as well as actually performing the mining. CNA does nothing except receive payment of US$300,000.00 per month from New Minerals and Metallurgy. Granted CNA will have income tax and other expenses(management ,salaries etc.) but will have no extraction costs for the ore.
The reason I post to this news group is largely because I've been told that the geology of CNA's deposit is indeed desert dirt not unlike the other DD plays.
