Jim, Thanks for the info and in this situation a RS would not be bad, if it occurs. I'm long on NTAH and if this is needed to get them reporting then that's fine. Value is value and whether I have 200k shares or 50k shares doesn't matter. I'm more concerned about the end result of realized solid gains.... kramc
