In discussing ebpp, on-line banking etc. with novices, there is a real suspicion based on techno-fear. Most of my colleagues expect my financial situation to explode when Y2K hits. So as many assurances and conveniences such as archives are important. In any event, now that TP has at least some archiving, CF should do so as well, if they don't already. For someone who pays via the CF site -- what type of archive is in place. TP allows you to pull up the whole paid bill.
