Nice to have you back Searle, Has the crime rate gotten worse in the last two years? The robberies, home break-ins, car-jacking, mugging,
mostly just property crimes? Are there also, kidnappings, securities rip-offs, fraud, embezzlement? And are the crimes just black on white, or also black on black & white on black & on white?
See what I'm asking? Are almost all(most) the problems economic based, or law & order based problems? some people would be a thief no matter how good or bad times are, others would steal under almost no conditions barring starvation of their children or total society break down.
also, here, we find fraud & embezzlement a mostly white done crime(though can be against white or black) that happens a little more often in the better times, same there? (whites here also seem to like bank jobs). |
