Rick Hapgood wasn't in yet, but will be returning my call, as he does; going to ask him to go to court to get "discharge" of bankruptcy; and to check into all this block activity - who is accumulating so we all kow for sure; Diane, I shall also ask him to reread that sec filing and to give a difinitive answer to what I interpret as six (6) vehicles of Trinity et al that hold each individually 4.9% or whatever some 3 million shares for a total of 18 mill approx. I know that the figure did not match up with some other report I saw, that it was approx 3 mill listed only; however, it was only one Trinity fund that was listed too. 6 were offered up in the SEC filing. Oscar read it the same as I did originally, however, it would be nice to get someone who is in the business to clarify and verify. Will post the info on the discharge and all other info from Rick when received. CUL8TR, Jacalyn
