USWeb Corp. (USWB 22 1/8 +4) surged 22% on news that Cruttenden Roth reiterated its "strong buy" rating with a 12-month price target of $45.

PS: It's still moving up nicely in pre-market: now at 22 1/2 and looking to go higher.
