Glenn, I find the explanation at least semi-plausable. These guys do not have control over a charitable trust, and it is just like a banker to sell when the stock is down. Regarding the other selling, I do not know, but I do know this: These sales and a lousy quarter are already discounted in the stock price...IMHO...wj
