Sonny, Heeding Scott Adam's words: This is NOT mockery or IS it? Actually, not. My wife radically changed our diet shortly after I hit 40. The health benefits have have been startling! I had been under the impression that my prior health woes were an unavoidable consequence of age, but have since discovered that they were strictly diet related and reversible. I recommend reading "Diet for a New America" by John Robbins (the Baskin-Robbins heir), as an excellent starting reference on this subject, though I must warn you that the discussion of the meat/dairy industry is rather disturbing. amazon.com Happy reading, Scumbria
