Rene, I think there is a way around the requirement of having to be in the US... well, it doesn't say you have to be in the US all the time, or be a US citizen or resident... depending on how much you want to be able to get future IPOs from CMGI, all you would have to do is visit the US, open an account using the internet while here, and buy at least 100 CMGI shares... and that's it... when the account was opened, you were here, hence qualify... and I don't think that the qualifying criterion will be ascertained with subsequent IPOs... the other issue would be the 128 bit encryption... which most US sites that incorporate encryption utilize... and that is not available anywhere outside the US... will you be able to trade in your account opened in the US while in Europe, I am not sure, but surely would like to know if you find out... best regards amein
