Wayne,

The population own their homes for sure... but they have no mineral rights. Call TG a small town or a large village.. There is a local governement who is "pro mining". In fact I am told the majority of the population is "pro mining". That is why relations between MAN and the locals are very good. Despite this, there are of course some individuals who are less positive about TG becoming a mining community. And it is up to MAN to work this out in the next 3 years.

What I know is that MAN will do what will please the population...as long as it make sense from an economic point of view...and there are a few alternatives that have been discussed.
