You tell the truth. But that low price was during the asian - russian crisis last fall, when most share prices were down across the board, anyway.

So, tell me what is the point? to indirectly bash ZDZ's valuation or what?

I point to the value disparity between ZD and ZDZ, as a possible source for an arbitrage between both.
