Good post, I gotta believe Mr. Biggs (isn't he from a movie?) is trying to make a name for himself, He's in cash, wants to see the market go south just a bit more. We'll see him change his tune in a few months. If he's lucky enough for the WSJ to feature an article on his opinions again.
