Handshake, from what I've read NPEC would own 18 million Medinah Mining shares only if converted at the conversion rate applicable if MDHM is over $1. To make it worse, you give me calculations based on MDHM at $8. I would like to know the figures based on MDHM at $0.30 MDHM will never be $8, and likely will never be $1 either. t.i.a.
