Looked into WACI this morning. Called their CEO Robert Esposito at 813-661-4290. According to him, they are restructuring their business model away from telecom. The share structure is 10 mil locked up for collateral on a loan to be paid later plus 4.2 million free in the float. Told me PRwire was entered this past Friday & seemed genuinely surprised when I informed him that it wasn't posted. Could mean an imminent PR or an imminent dump. Caution here.
