Yes it is. What I was told did not happen. Went as far as to recommend it to a few friends and have learned my lesson well about doing something like that again. The only thing that did happen from what I was told is "that there would be an increase in daily trading volume". Not a share holder at this time but I do like the product. No recommendation to buy or sell here,just answering a question. JT
