Webstreet has been great for me. Fast transactions, watchlist with a reasonable Level II service for $79.95 per month which is now working well for otc stocks. Their 800 number works well and I can usually speak to a broker in 1-2 minutes if I need to. Online trading is 14.95 for most trades, with essentially no limit on order size, though you may have to talk to a broker for trades over 40 to 50K. Nasdeq orders over 1000 shares are free on stocks over $4. I compare this to Suretrade which I used previously and the extra commission (Suretrade was 8.95) is a bargain for the extra service I get. I am very happy with them. Are they traded publicly? If so, maybe I should look into buying some of their shares!
