Plus Brazil Petrobras plans 15 oil E&P deals by July 15 RIO DE JANEIRO, June 21 (Reuters) - Brazil's state oil firm Petrobras plans to sign 15 exploration and development partnerships before July 15, the company's president Henri Philippe Reichstul told reporters Monday. It would also be signing oil development partnerships with Esso (NYSE:XON - news) and Unocal (NYSE:UCL - news), both of which successfully bid for exploration and development licenses in Brazil's landmark auction last week of rights to 27 oil blocks, he said.
