Count me in for some consultancy on the intricate sub-plots you guys miss out on. The real life movie is just about reaching the stage where Edison played by a shaven headed Harrison Ford has to get the company to rally around him and turn the business around. After a heartfelt emotional speech the staff cheer and go for it with a vengeance. Lot of short cuts of staff working together, customers smiling, background characters who have been Morris's henchmen are ejected by the newly empowered employees. Even the two goons guarding the front door are seen to smile. Background images of share price slowly climbing, dare I say accelerating to upward trajectory, and breaking through the 50cents barrier (well a little realism has to be included). Tearful scene of Jimmie telling his granddaughter she can go to college after all. Morris ( played a particularly evil Tommy Lee Jones) is seen fleeing from some dubious ex KGB characters he has also dropped in it, having lost his flash car, he escapes in an S reg cortina (english joke). The enigmatic Mr Mole (Tom Cruise) finally gets promoted to Deputy Assistant to the Junior Programmer. 8-) Hopefully a press release will be issued soon ???
