No date yet. The official says that he STC is not going to award a contract in a turn key basis as with TEP-6. It does appear- I've got the whole story and will paste it here tomorrow- that he is going to take the nest bids for a few segments in a separate way. Say for instance, Access from one vendor, transport form another, switch from a third one and so on.
