Web for your information, in tracking the markets over the years, I have found that there is a four year cycle of approximately a 25 % profit on the dow from a low in the Q4 period to a high in the following May. That period starts this Q4. Coinciding with the period that congress starts priming the pump for the elections forthcoming in the year 2000.
