Les, thanks for the link - i take it you're not convinced by the bond's recovery. the bond has weakened considerably today, on the way for a retest of the lows. if they hold, which i expect, my more rosy scenario will come true. if they don't hold, the stock market could plunge into the july cycle low. if that happens, no rate hike. no rate hike and we're back in rally mode...<g>. regards, hb
