Dongsoo, warrants are typically leveraged instruments, used by speculators, one should expect a good portion to be sold before or immediately upon exercise, those exercising may sell a portion to finance the part they keep. You also must understand that the run above $24, IMHO, was probably "engineered" and thus these prices were artificially high, the company still has to turn positive cash flow and that is quite sometime out.
