China apparently got control of the U.S.'s thermonuclear secrets without even paying for them. Why should the U.S. bother with keeping control of second-rate, failing companies? Maybe China could buy the Saxon business of AMD. Germany loves to "trade with the enemy" like Iran. One must eat.
