FNCM, Hmmm. Good question. I took my losses on that one and didn't look back due to interest rate concerns. It's back to 6% today, and I don't think will see lower rate this year as some are predicting. But then again, FNCM is presenting at the Net Mortgage 99 conference: iqpc.com What about MRVC?
