You could probably get a lot more if you donated your heart and lungs. Think about it. If you are willing to give up 10 years of your life to make the remaining 10 better, why not give up those remaining 10 years so that you can make your last 10 minutes truly orgasmic. When you first started your kidney thread I thought you were just a really distressed person grasping for a solution to a bad situation.
