scott, RE: What is amazing to me is that 'Pain -- in the Assets' Webber still has a neutral rating on both DELL and Compaq. Are they really providing their clients with honest feedback about the TRUE POTENTIAL of each firm? I think they need to do some more homework Well, given that Don Young at PW lowered his rating on DELL when the stock was 41 3/4 and CPQ at 38, I'd say that thus far he's doing his clients a pretty good service.
