Dear Jill:

Please change any references on the Anything Internet anchor post from AYIC to ANYI. The stock has received final approval to trade on July 7th under the symbol ANYI.

I would also like to replace this section

"SEC FILINGS TO BEGIN TRADING
ANYI filed its SB-2 with the SEC on February 4, 1999, and expects to receive approval to begin trading as a fully-reporting company initially on the OTC Bulletin Board within 10 to 60 days from the date of SB-2 filing, and on the NASDAQ small cap or NMS as soon as they meet the minimum asset requirement.

freeedgar.com;

with this section:

ANYI Completes SEC Registration Process - Trading on OTC Bulletin Board Begins on July 7, 1999
With these registration statements officially effective, Anything Internet will now be required to file period reports with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is now fully compliant with all of the SEC's filing requirements and new disclosure requirements for publicly traded companies as mandated by the SEC on January 4, 1999.
