I can understand completely why you are some down on CPQ these days, El, but from my own experience, I have found CPQs service excellent and I have been very, very happy with everything (desktops and notebook) I have purchased over the past +/- 15 years. Never having bought anything in the Presario line, I can not comment on these products. When it comes to Deskpros, Prolineas, Prosignias (desktop), and my wonder, 2 month old Armada 7400 notebook, however, I have been one very happy customer.
Its the darn management that's the problem.
