As I promised (although a bit late), here is the first draft of the 60 page report on increasing Novell's shareholder value. This is very heavy duty stuff, don't take it lightly. For all of those who wanted to form an entity to take action but did not feel you could afford the advice of a good investment bank or consulting firm, here goes one on the house - spread this document around.
The scenariors presented alone can raise the stock price. By discounting projected cash flows (grown at the rate NOVL enjoyed prior tothe last five years) , NOVL's stock is worth $36 (under the current interest rate scenario). THIS MEANS COMPETENT MGMT, which IMAO means new management, not just a new CEO. I modeled a merger with Sun Microsystems in the analysis, take a thorough look at it. The new CEO can earn a lot of points by producing a 400% rise in share price shorlty after taking the helm. A merger with an agressive company like sun can do it over the medium term. Like I have said earlier, I am now a shareholder, and I aim to make money on my investment.

I will be leaving town tommorrow morning and will not be bothered with anything computer related until monday morning, so I will post again at that time.

Oh yeah, the URL is rcmfinancial.com , fill out the form so I can see who it is that is downloading my info, then proceed to the download link provided after hitting submit.
