Per my recent correspondence with Uromed I received the following information which answers your question.

"The cost of the Inserts is as follows: Starter Kit (contains 20
Inserts, applicator, mirror and patient information booklet) $50.00.
Refill packs are $45.00 and $92.50 and contain 20 and 50 Inserts,
respectively. Refill packs also contain applicators and patient
information booklets."
